Many couples want a Financial Agreement (often referred to as a pre-nuptial agreement) before marriage or de facto relationships. We respect your relationship and provide you with an agreement that provides you both with certainty of your financial position.
CONSENT ORDERS
Post-separation, many couples have amicable relationships with their partners and are focussed on finding mutual agreements about their children or financial situations. We guide our clients through the process and draft Consent Orders, a family law document, which will be filed in the Family Court.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CAN’T REACH AN AGREEMENT
When former couples can’t reach agreement about financial or children’s issues, we use our considerable experience as negotiators and litigators to seek the best possible outcome for you. If no agreement can be made, we work with you to navigate the Family Court system and fight for your parental and/or financial rights.
